The Buyer agrees to purchase, for the sum of $_______ (spay/neuter is included), the following Healthy Bengal Kitten, purebred from TICA registered litter, from the Seller:

The terms of this Agreement come into effect upon payment of a deposit of (which will be applied toward the purchase price).
The Seller will arrange for the Kitten to be spayed/neutered at one of the available clinics, and a certificate/proof will be provided. Payment of the deposit signifies that the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement. Should the Buyer, after paying the deposit, decide not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will be forfeited.
The selected Kitten may be replaced with any other available Kitten at the Buyer's request on or before the date of sale. However, this Agreement does not guarantee the same price for a replacement Kitten.
If the Seller fails to provide the Kitten within one week from the agreed date of sale, the deposit will be refunded. Delivery is available; however, delivery costs are not included in the purchase price.
According to recent research, this procedure is less risky and less stressful when performed before maturity. Early desexing prevents unwanted behaviors such as same-gender aggression and territorial marking. It is endorsed by many cat organizations and humane societies. The procedure will be completed prior to adoption, and the anesthetic risk is covered by us.
